Northern Tier Recreation Trail

This scenic path travels from Bill Earl Park in the Village of Champlain, through the Town of Champlain and ends at the Rouses Point Elementary School. This trail allows residents and visitors to walk, run, bike or roll safely from one village to the other.

Directions: Take I-87 Exit 42 to Rt. 11. Head east on Rt. 11 to intersection with Rt. 9. Turn left onto Rt. 9 just past the Champlain Village Office 11104 Rt. 9). Turn right onto the Elm Street Bridge. Take an immediate right onto River Street into Bill Earl Park.
